KentuckyShow! is an exciting, emotionally compelling multimedia experience narrated by Ashley Judd that captures Kentucky’s people, culture, history, music, spirit, and more. Inspiring both laughter and tears, KentuckyShow! plays three times every day at the Frazier History Museum in the Brown-Forman Theater. The cast of notable figures represented is vast, ranging from early Kentucky settlers, pioneers and statesmen, such as George Rogers Clark, Daniel Boone and Henry Clay, to world-class Kentucky artists, athletes, authors and icons of the 20th and 21st centuries — folk singer Jean Ritchie, boxing legend Muhammad Ali, gonzo journalist Hunter S. Thompson, mystery novelist Sue Grafton, and KFC founder Harlan “Colonel” Sanders, among many others.
The mission of KentukyShow! is to educate people of all ages and backgrounds, from both within and outside of Kentucky, about the state’s unique history, culture, geography, geology, industry, and arts, as well as its assets and challenges.

About The Production
The process of making of KentuckyShow! was a labor of love for the hundreds of Kentuckians who generously contributed their time, resources, and expertise to the project. To complete the production, the film crew traveled to 187 different locations around the state, capturing over 70 hours of high-definition footage.
The multimillion dollar cost of the production and equipment was generously underwritten by some of Kentucky’s leading corporations, foundations, and institutions.
Today, KentuckyShow! is the only large-scale HD production in the United States to portray an entire state.
